Apex real estate is home to 31,000 residents and is located just west of Raleigh in Wake County, North Carolina. Its motto, “the peak of good living,” was underscored by the town’s recent recognition by Money Magazine as one of the 100 Best Places in America to Live. One solution is the “Apex Peakway”. Already under construction, this road will loop around downtown Apex to both alleviate traffic experienced by Apex real estate owners in the town’s center and provide commuters with a convenient bypass.
